The Cats

Meet Jinx, the only 3-year-old who loves wearing a tuxedo! This big sweetie is our resident lap cat, so don’t be surprised if he wants to hang out while you’re getting your services. He has also mastered the art of the blep, boosting his charm to uncontrollable levels of cute. As long as he’s here, no ghost will escape being yelled at! 

Our gray boy, Cinder, is the kind of guy who loves putting stuff in his mouth. All kinds of stuff. Especially plastic and foam. So if you see him going around with a bare tummy, he’s likely paid the vet a visit. He loves butt pats and rubbing his face on chunky shoes, and he’ll hang out with anyone who’s willing to supply them. Just don’t expect him to stick around if Brittany Spears is playing.  

Sweet but sensitive, poor Onyx is allergic to just about everything. He’s good about taking his medicine and is working hard to regrow the fur on his legs and tummy. Moving to the new salon has done wonders for him! You’ll likely see Onyx hanging out with his sister, Arya; loafing on the front desk; or observing Mama Mallory in the office and the salon. 

​Nothing happens at Vibrant Styles that Arya isn’t privy to. Her love of heights and powerful curiosity ensure that it stays that way. She’s a cat’s cat in the sense that everything happens on her own terms, affection included, so don’t be offended if she slips away from a friendly pat. She doesn’t dislike you – it’s simply not time for pets. If she chooses to grace you with her love, it’ll be in the form of nibbling your fingers or bringing you toys to play fetch with.
